About Mix Bed DM Plant

Mix Bed Plant comprise of one basic ion exchange resin in mixed form and one mild steel rubber-lined/FRP pressure vessels suitable filled with strong acidic captions exchange resin. In this plant the anion exchange resins and cation-exchange resins are intimately mixed in a single pressure vessel. This mixture of cation and ion exchangers makes a mixed-bed de-ionizer that is equivalent to the series of two-bed plants. As concluded, the water quality obtained from the Mix Bed Plant is higher as compared to water produced by two bed plant.
